The Line Cook, Back of House role is onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina, in the SouthPark area. Pay is $15–$18 per hour depending on experience. The role supports Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay’s restaurant team in creating made-to-order meals for guests. What you'll do

• Prepare, wash, and cut food
• cook orders according to specifications and guest requests
• verify order quality and quantity
• multitask across orders
• maintain sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards
• measure portions accurately
• store food at proper temperatures
• perform station opening or closing duties
• keep equipment and workstations stocked, organized, and clean
• follow health codes and standard operating procedures.
