Technical Analyst, Pharmacy Support, Remote Overnight

The Technical Analyst, Pharmacy Support role is primarily remote, with preference for candidates in the Kansas City metro area; periodic campus work may be required for metro employees. It pays $24–$27 per hour and follows a Sunday–Wednesday, 8:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m. Central schedule. ScriptPro’s Customer Service department supports customers using its pharmacy systems and products. The analyst troubleshoots and maintains systems, applications, hardware, and peripherals, while helping customers resolve technical issues and improve pharmacy workflows. The role contributes to customer trust and system availability through ticket handling, clear communication, documentation, and proactive monitoring.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot proprietary software, hardware, operating systems, databases, and pharmacy workflows
• respond to customer inquiries by phone, chat, and email
• manage tickets by priority and impact
• research internal resources
• recommend workflow changes
• document work in Siebel
• monitor system performance and connectivity
• coordinate support for field technicians and parts shipments.
