Mill/Mixer Operator — Second Shift

The Mill/Mixer Operator role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is not specified. The position manufactures printing ink for INX International’s commercial, packaging, and digital applications. The operator weighs and mixes batches, runs mill equipment, packages finished ink, and performs equipment care and production documentation to support safe, consistent manufacturing and quality control.

What you'll do

• Run ink batches at proper mill settings
• package and label finished product
• clean and maintain machines to TPM standards
• weigh and mix batches according to process order and mixer procedures
• operate the Hockmeyer mill and related equipment
• maintain formula and processing-time records
• provide samples and record ink adjustments as a QC liaison
• complete scheduled maintenance and troubleshooting
• assist with repacks.
