Program Manager – Automation

Job overview

The Program Manager – Automation role is onsite five days a week in Hudson, NH. Compensation is $110,000–$160,000 base plus bonus. The role supports the solutions team delivering engineered systems for precision manufacturing, including robotic cells and multi-station assembly lines.

What you'll do

• Support project delivery on time and within budget
• manage customer communications and meetings
• help define project scope, schedules, goals, and deliverables
• maintain project timing, financial details, and milestones in the ERP system
• coordinate project teams
• monitor customer requirements, quality, cost, and timing
• manage purchase orders, billing, and invoicing
• prepare progress reports
• and manage scope changes and contingency or recovery plans.
