The In School Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) is an onsite role based in Clermont, FL, with a pay range of $30–$35 per hour. This role supports the clinical team at Gold Vine ABA in elementary school settings. This role exists to bridge the gap between behavior analysis and the educational environment. The BCaBA conducts functional behavioral assessments, develops intervention plans, and provides clinical support to school-based RBTs to ensure student success.
