What you'll do

• Research real estate markets and competitive properties
• maintain asset-management models and update portfolio Argus files for forecasting and budgeting
• track capital projects and tenant improvements
• use Yardi accounting data and Excel for variance analysis
• underwrite lease opportunities
• analyze investments and prepare summaries and acquisition memorandums
• assist with due diligence and closings
• support hold/sell and business-plan decisions
• review property reports and communicate with property teams
• update discounted cash-flow models and vacancy schedules
• analyze self-storage markets, development opportunities, and third-party management performance.
