What you'll do

• Direct care-community operations in accordance with regulations
• hire, terminate, evaluate, and discipline personnel under company policy
• review monthly financial statements
• communicate with residents, families, staff, visitors, and vendors
• maintain the building and grounds
• ensure adequate staffing
• direct quality assurance
• tour the building at least three times daily
• delegate administrative authority
• develop customer relations and build community census.
