What you'll do

• Meet with participants and implement and monitor job development plans
• develop community job opportunities and paid placements
• facilitate communication among participants, employers, and coworkers
• complete required documentation
• support participant service-plan goals
• conduct job analyses and career assessments
• assist with interview and application skills
• monitor employment-site performance
• transport participants to interviews and training as needed
• provide onsite training to employment consultants or direct support professionals as described.
