The Home Health Aide, Private Duty Caregiver role provides onsite in-home care in Cleveland, OH, and surrounding Westside Cuyahoga communities. Pay is $16–$21 per hour. BrightStar Care provides home care services and describes RN oversight and clinical support on every case. The caregiver supports clients’ daily living, mobility, meals, and household needs while providing companionship and following individualized care plans. The role also observes and reports changes in client condition to the care team.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide companionship
• accompany clients to appointments and community activities when needed
• report changes in condition
• follow care plans and agency protocols.
