What you'll do

• Assist with dessert menu development and recipe creation for Voysey's and the Living Room
• collaborate on menus, banquets, holidays, and special events
• assist with training and supervising pastry staff
• participate in daily pastry production
• maintain standards for pastries, breads, desserts, gelatos, and sorbets
• support inventory, kitchen maintenance, food-cost monitoring, portion control, waste management, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness.
