What you'll do

• Manage cost accounting tasks, overhead allocations, inventory forecasting, and physical inventory counts
• prepare sales, margin, and costing reports
• support regulatory audits
• analyze financial information and prepare reports
• complete monthly reconciliations and journal entries
• maintain financial metrics
• assist with budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
• prepare reports on business activity and financial position
• create accounts receivable invoices, apply cash receipts, monitor aging, and follow up on past-due balances
• prepare bank deposits and monitor electronic receipts
• maintain accounting journals and ledgers
• research chargebacks, returns, and discrepancies.
