Infant Teacher – Lead Supervisor

The Infant Teacher – Lead Supervisor role is onsite in Aurora, CO. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. The position supports Bright Sprouts Learning, a new school serving infants and toddlers. The supervisor leads infant-room staff and helps provide a safe, healthy classroom where children can engage in age-appropriate activities that support social, cognitive, and emotional growth. Learning Story documentation and reflective curriculum planning support the center’s whole-person approach to children, educators, and families.

What you'll do

• Supervise infant-room staff and support adherence to licensing and health standards
• develop age-appropriate individual and group activities
• maintain Learning Story documentation using written stories, photography, media, and student artifacts
• advocate for center policies and procedures
• maintain classroom hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and security
• keep accurate records and maintain a professional development plan.

Why this role
