HVAC Installer - Level 3

Job overview

The HVAC Installer - Level 3 is an onsite role based in Bend, OR. Compensation is $34-$39 per hour, and this role supports the GreenSavers home-performance team. This role exists to take ownership of standard residential HVAC installations from setup through commissioning. The installer works independently, troubleshoots systems, and coaches newer team members to ensure high-quality performance.

What you'll do

• Plan equipment placement, piping, drainage, wiring, duct connections, and efficient crew workflow.
• Braze or flare, pressure-test, evacuate, charge, start up, and commission systems correctly.
• Diagnose installation and control issues and verify airflow and system performance.
• Complete accurate documentation and explain system operation to customers.
• Coach Level 1 and Level 2 installers and reinforce safety and quality standards.
