What you'll do

• Assist elders with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• observe, document, and report health or behavior changes to the Wellness Team
• provide emotional support and companionship
• assist with meals and feeding when needed
• support social and recreational activities
• communicate with elders, families, team members, and guests
• perform light housekeeping and maintain general cleanliness.
