What you'll do

• Orient clients to center services and resources
• connect clients with community services
• develop and deliver workshops
• track customer information, attendance, and activities
• help clients register on job platforms, prepare resumes, and complete applications
• conduct intake and determine eligibility
• set goals and monitor progress
• assess vocational potential and create Individual Success Strategies
• administer and interpret vocational assessments
• complete data entry and reports
• coordinate with business relationship staff on employer needs, on-the-job training, and apprenticeships.
