What you'll do

• Assist with implementation of resident care plans, including safety devices, positioning and toileting plans, and infection control
• coordinate and supervise services on assigned units
• round on nursing units
• support nurses with assessments, care planning, task priorities, education, and supplies or medications
• monitor incident reporting and documentation and assist with preventive measures
• facilitate communication among nurses, providers, responsible parties, vendors, and managers
• spot-check documentation
• respond to and document facility emergencies
• assist with staffing
• supervise equipment use
• provide direct resident care as needed
• prepare or assist with performance reviews and staff re-education.
