What you'll do

• Lead daily branch operations, coach and develop the Retail Team, implement organizational strategies, monitor branch activity, support growth and efficiency, maintain compliance and security controls, resolve member and team concerns, and promote staff development.
• Conduct performance evaluations, recommend improvement or recognition, manage corrective action when needed, partner with Training, and maintain service standards.
• Coverage at other branches is required, and the schedule includes Saturdays.

Why this role
