What you'll do

• Operate in one or more production rooms after passing practical exams
• safely operate and monitor production equipment
• assist with loading, unloading, sanitizing equipment, and maintaining cleanliness
• follow SOPs, GMPs, and HACCP guidelines
• complete quality-control checks, production reports, and inventory tracking
• report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or food safety concerns
• assist with basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• participate in problem-solving and cross-training.
