What you'll do

• Oversee preventive maintenance, work orders, and emergency repairs
• coordinate maintenance with production and sanitation
• plan work during shutdowns
• manage parts inventory, purchasing, and contractors
• hire and develop maintenance mechanics
• facilitate training
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on automated equipment
• manage maintenance-related food-safety and safety programs
• assist with breakdowns and floor calls.
