What you'll do

• Partner with Inside Sales to improve show conversion
• serve as primary leasing consultant at assigned properties
• show apartments, process applications, and conduct lease signings
• maintain prospect records in CRM
• follow up with prospective residents
• assist with outreach and promotions
• support marketing content gathering
• help maintain show-ready apartments
• address resident inquiries
• support occupancy and leasing goals
• participate in focus and pricing calls
• travel between properties and adapt to varying schedules.
