The Senior Analytics and AI Engineer role is remote in the United States, with an option to work from the Boston headquarters in Cambridge, MA. Compensation is $113,100–$173,700 per year. Measure Well uses data and AI to help cradle-to-career and place-based partnerships assess and improve outcomes for children and families. As the first technical teammate supporting the Chief AI and Data Officer, this engineer turns a new data platform into trusted dashboards and AI tools for staff and partners. The role also helps maintain the platform after handover, with work spanning analytics engineering, platform operations, and collaboration with program staff and fellows.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain Omni dashboards and align on metric definitions
• develop AI features using Claude, evaluate outputs, and ship improvements safely
• write and review dbt models
• monitor nightly data loads, manage access, run approved HubSpot syncs, and maintain documentation
• mentor Claude Corps Fellows and explain data findings to colleagues and partners.
