HVAC Service Manager

The HVAC Service Manager role is onsite in Naples, FL. Compensation is $85,000–$120,000 per year. The manager supports One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning’s service operation, overseeing safe and efficient delivery of HVAC services and products. The role leads service supervisors and field staff, manages operational performance and resources, and develops personnel through training and coaching. It contributes to customer satisfaction and service-department goals by maintaining safety, compliance, quality, and efficient scheduling and execution.

What you'll do

• Develop operational practices and process improvements
• oversee service-department labor, inventory, and fleet spending
• manage facilities, training, inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• oversee safety compliance and incident investigations
• maintain licensing, permitting, and code compliance
• recruit, hire, schedule, evaluate, and direct service supervisors
• train and coach field personnel
• review service paperwork
• conduct job-site surveys, ride-alongs, and work evaluations
• support dispatching and accurate time documentation
• resolve client concerns
• coordinate hiring and manpower planning with HR.
