The Parts Counterperson role is onsite at the Auburn CDJR/Hyundai location in Auburn, WA. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour, plus commission. The counterperson helps retail and shop customers obtain the correct parts and supplies while supporting sales goals and smooth parts operations. The role coordinates orders, inventory, payments, and communication with customers and dealership teams.

What you'll do

• Assist retail and shop customers in selecting parts
• explain companion parts and specials
• answer calls and provide quotes
• review body shop estimates for parts and pricing accuracy
• pull and fill orders
• notify the parts manager about out-of-stock items
• communicate special-order arrivals
• prepare body shop deliveries
• follow up on backorders
• replenish inventory
• process payments, credits, and invoices
• keep counter areas organized
• maintain product knowledge.
