What you'll do

• Present treatment plans and financial estimates

• conduct consultations and calculate fees
• educate patients about treatment and responsibilities
• schedule and follow up on appointments
• coordinate doctor and hygiene schedules
• support patient flow
• handle treatment paperwork, payments, check-in and check-out, benefit verification, and records
• maintain confidentiality.
