What you'll do

• Support employment litigation, investigations, and advice and counseling
• assist with discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant matters
• conduct factual investigations and legal research
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, employment agreements, and other documents
• assist with discovery, court filings, and litigation strategy
• manage assignments and deadlines
• collaborate with attorneys across the national practice.
