What you'll do

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of the engineering team
• provides coaching and development
• develops design scope and timelines
• researches and updates engineering design standards
• supports design of electrical components and sub-systems
• performs complex design calculations
• produces electrical schematics and documentation
• interacts with manufacturing and purchasing staff
• participates in design reviews
• supports prototype and pilot builds.
