It also supports families, strengthens ministry systems, and aligns Edina programming with shared Children’s Ministry strategy.

What you'll do

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and retain volunteers and volunteer leaders
• oversee Sunday morning and Wednesday evening Woods Kids programming
• support age-appropriate biblical teaching and engaging activities
• build relationships with families and provide follow-up
• plan campus children’s and family events, including VBS and outreach opportunities
• implement child-safety policies
• maintain scheduling, attendance, communication, and onboarding processes
• steward resources and budgets
• collaborate with campus and Children’s Ministry staff.
