• Manage VA fiduciary and Social Security representative-payee matters
• monitor benefits, deposits, adjustments, interruptions, overpayments, and account activity
• assist with annual accountings and fiduciary reporting
• coordinate client case handling and care plans
• communicate with healthcare providers, legal teams, agencies, and other stakeholders
• maintain accurate and confidential records.
