Property Care Field Assistant

Job overview

The Property Care Field Assistant role is onsite in Sisters, Oregon, supporting vacation rental properties in the local area. Pay is $20–$25 per hour for hourly responsibilities, with additional piece-rate compensation available for vacation rental cleans picked up as desired and needed. The role supports the local management team in caring for rental homes and preparing them for guests. The assistant helps maintain property readiness and service standards through inspections, supply and project support, documentation, and backup operational coverage. The role also provides light administrative assistance and may take on housekeeping assignments for additional piece-rate pay.

What you'll do

• Complete cleaning and property-readiness inspections before guest arrivals
• inspect properties and identify maintenance, housekeeping, safety, or presentation concerns
• verify reported issues are resolved
• assist with inventories, supplies, restocking, and seasonal projects
• help prepare new rentals for launch
• document property conditions with photos
• support field projects and administrative tasks
• communicate with management and field teams
• optionally pick up vacation rental cleaning assignments.
