What you'll do

• Greet customers and identify their needs
• present vehicles and conduct test drives
• follow up with leads and past customers by phone and text
• send personalized videos
• work with managers on pricing, trade-ins, and financing
• collect paperwork and update the CRM
• and build repeat and referral business.
