What you'll do

• Pack trays to customer specifications
• assemble and accurately weigh trays
• place weighed trays using FIFO
• check trays for quality before bagging
• zero scales before weighing
• sanitize workstations and utensils
• follow GMP procedures
• report product or process discrepancies and document issues.
