What you'll do

• Assist clients with personal hygiene and bathroom needs
• help prepare and serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
• support safe mobility, positioning, and getting out of bed
• check and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake and output
• report changes or observations to the nursing supervisor
• complete daily logs and records
• protect client confidentiality and follow agency policies. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Georgia CNA license, current CPR and First Aid certifications, and at least six months of professional caregiving experience.
