What you'll do

• Build friendly relationships with guests in person, by phone, and by email
• engage local foot traffic and sell tours
• share check-in duties across offices and tour launch sites
• manage reservations in an online system and handle retail sales and point-of-sale transactions
• coordinate third-party reservations with travel agents, cruise lines, and booking companies
• answer tour inquiries
• confirm participant requirements
• resolve logistics, scheduling, group booking, and customer service issues
• communicate changes to shuttle drivers and tour managers
• review reservations and manifests
• maintain facilities
• routine participation in company tours is required.
