Commercial Roofing Estimator

What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work
• obtain vendor and subcontractor pricing
• support scope alignment and negotiations
• identify risks, gaps, assumptions, and exclusions
• develop value-engineering recommendations
• coordinate estimating-to-execution handoffs
• conduct site visits as needed
• maintain bid records
• support estimating best practices and process improvement.
