What you'll do

• Develop HR strategies aligned with plant business goals and partner with leadership on organizational structure and labor efficiency
• advise supervisors on complex employee situations and support engagement, satisfaction, and retention
• recruit and hire talent
• implement performance management and coach supervisors on team development
• administer compensation programs
• ensure labor-law compliance with legal counsel as needed
• use HR metrics and prepare KPI reports for senior management.
