Order Fulfillment Supervisor

The Order Fulfillment Supervisor role is onsite in Portland, OR, with compensation of $23–$27 per hour. The position supports BuyWander’s curbside order fulfillment operation and customer pickup experience. The supervisor leads the QA and Order Runner teams and manages the workflows that prepare accurate orders before customers arrive. By monitoring service-time and other fulfillment measures, overseeing curbside service and returns, and coaching staff, the role supports prompt, reliable customer service and efficient operations.

What you'll do

• Supervise QA and Order Runner teams
• ensure adherence to procedures for quality assurance, curbside delivery, customer service, and returns
• monitor performance metrics and customer reviews
• optimize warehouse and fulfillment workflows
• schedule staff
• train and coach team members
• oversee curbside delivery and customer escalations
• manage returns and exchanges
• oversee order QA
• track and report KPIs
• close the facility according to procedures.
