What you'll do

• Identify, assess, and escalate infrastructure service issues
• provide Tier 2/3 support and engage subject matter experts
• coordinate response and restoration with Network, Cyber, Deskside, Service Desk, and Battle Captain leads
• coordinate planned and emergency maintenance with NGA
• develop knowledge articles
• use ServiceNow for incident tracking and knowledge management and Splunk for log analysis and monitoring
• manage operations metrics and support 99.9% system availability
• activate crisis action teams as needed.
