What you'll do

• Conceptualize and implement a strategic fundraising program
• lead a team of approximately 10 development professionals across giving, grants, sponsorships, donor relations, events, research, and development services
• grow the Chautauqua Fund
• help shape the next comprehensive campaign
• cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts
• strengthen board and volunteer fundraising engagement
• use donor data and CRM tools to guide strategy
• partner on donor-focused messaging and storytelling.
