What you'll do

• Supervise members’ health, safety, and security
• assist with activities of daily living
• instruct and support basic living skills and recreational activities according to person-centered plans
• support positive interpersonal skills
• coordinate or provide transportation
• follow medication procedures and physicians’ orders
• develop, implement, document, and monitor member programs
• communicate progress and issues
• maintain records and a safe home environment
• advocate for members and families.
