Lead Technician — Quick Oil Change

The Lead Technician — Quick Oil Change role is onsite in Minot, ND. Compensation is $17 per hour, with SPIFs once trained. The position supports a Take 5 Oil Change franchisee focused on customer service and light automotive maintenance. The role combines technician work with store leadership support. It helps maintain service quality and safe daily operations by supporting staff training and scheduling, assisting with store procedures and inventory, and performing oil changes and other listed maintenance services.

What you'll do

• Support store management, including opening and closing procedures, daily scheduling, staffing adjustments based on car volume, customer concerns, and inventory counts
• support technician training
• perform oil and filter changes, fluid inspections and top-offs, tire-pressure adjustments, air and cabin filter and wiper replacement, coolant exchanges, and payment processing
• oversee a clean and safe work environment.
