What you'll do

• Work directly with customers on sales, service, and adjustments
• supervise technicians and service advisors, schedule and assign work, and follow up on completion
• coach team members and evaluate performance
• manage parts inventory and purchases
• ensure safety procedures and equipment are maintained
• oversee shop compliance and proper inspections.
