What you'll do

• Manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract preparation through closing
• draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements and related documents
• identify and resolve title and contractual issues
• advise clients
• collaborate with legal and closing teams
• provide responsive communication and practical guidance
• handle increasingly sophisticated matters as the practice develops.
