Service Manager, Security and ATM Operations

The Service Manager, Security and ATM Operations role is onsite in Chandler, AZ, with compensation of $90,000–$105,000 per year plus a quarterly bonus. What you'll do

• Oversee daily Security and ATM Service operations
• lead, coach, and develop service technicians
• coordinate service calls, preventative maintenance, and escalations
• manage ATM, ITM, and TCR installations and conversions, including schedules, resources, budgets, customer communication, change orders, quality assurance, and documentation
• review service performance and project costs
• collaborate with the General Manager and other departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
