What you'll do

• Plan and lead recurring client meetings
• manage portfolio financial performance against budget and actual NOI
• communicate with and support client boards
• manage portfolio risk
• oversee physical building management
• oversee LIHTC and affordable housing compliance where applicable
• lead and develop portfolio team members.
