Material Flow Team Lead – 2nd Shift

The Material Flow Team Lead – 2nd Shift role is onsite in Elk River, MN, with compensation of $26.50–$30.50 per hour. Sportech designs, manufactures, and assembles cab components and systems for powersports, golf and turf, industrial, and agricultural markets. The team lead coordinates material movement and inventory support for production, helping manufacturing meet its schedules and commitments. The role monitors inventory accuracy, supports team coverage and training, and promotes safe, organized, and continuously improving material-flow operations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate material movement into, within, and out of manufacturing
• review production schedules and coverage
• monitor inventory, picking, returns, cycle counts, and discrepancies
• operate applicable equipment such as forklifts
• maintain 5S standards
• document safety and environmental issues
• train and coach team members
• participate in production meetings and continuous improvement.
