The manager owns day-to-day store performance, leading sales, customer experience, staffing, inventory, installation workflow, and profitability to support the location’s operational and financial goals.

What you'll do

• Manage store sales, profitability, and P&L
• recruit, train, schedule, and develop the team
• handle customer experience and issue resolution
• oversee sales and lease-to-own activity, inventory, cash and asset controls, collections, installation workflow, productivity, safety, expenses, and company processes.
