What you'll do

• Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store personnel while following site procedures and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns
• respond calmly to incidents and critical situations and notify site contacts or emergency services when needed
• assist with access control, visitor direction, and a professional presence at assigned locations.
