Resident Experience Director

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver activity programs seven days a week, including at least five programs daily on the life enrichment calendar
• coordinate third-party programs, family events, and weekly excursions
• train and support team members and volunteers
• manage activity supplies
• support resident-led programming and community groups
• collaborate with sales on prospect events and referral goals
• assist with outings and transportation when certified and approved.
