What you'll do

• Perform venipuncture and post-care
• label specimens using two forms of identification with zero labeling errors
• register patients and complete requisitioning
• use Meditech, Accureg, and Cayuga Connect
• participate in quality assurance and maintain departmental workflow
• maintain inventory and checklists
• troubleshoot out-of-range temperatures
• follow laboratory and hospital procedures, HIPAA standards, and safety guidelines.

Why this role
