What you'll do

• Lead plant HR operations and advise leaders across shifts
• develop and execute the plant people strategy
• coach leaders on employee relations, performance, attendance, corrective action, and policy
• investigate complex employee matters
• lead workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and retention
• support engagement and labor relations
• analyze HR metrics
• partner on safety, incident response, accommodations, and return-to-work
• ensure legal and policy compliance
• oversee HR programs, records, HRIS data, reporting, and audits
• contribute to change and continuous improvement initiatives.
